OmniPro Multiservices is owner-operated by a master craftsman with more than two decades of construction and renovation experience, working alongside a dedicated carving artist who hand-sculpts our bespoke woodwork. Two specialists, one studio — small enough to care, established enough to deliver, and we keep our crew tight on purpose.
Most contractors specialize in one thing. We do three at a high level: general construction, renovations & remodels, and additions & custom builds. And then there's the hand-carved bespoke woodwork — a craft of its own. The same eye for detail runs through all of it.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull all required City of Calgary permits, coordinate engineering when needed (for example on egress window cuts or load-bearing changes), and meet inspectors on site. You don't chase paperwork.
How do you price a project?

After the on-site consult we provide a written, itemized fixed-price quote — labour, materials, allowances, timeline. No T&M surprises. If scope changes mid-project, you sign a written change order before any extra work begins.
What's your typical lead time?

Small renovations and egress installs typically book 2–4 weeks out. Full basement developments and larger remodels usually 4–8 weeks. Carving commissions vary by piece — we'll give you an honest timeline at the consult.
Do you only work in Calgary?

Calgary and surrounding areas — Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, Springbank, Bragg Creek, De Winton and Bearspaw. For carving commissions, we ship Canada-wide.
Can you match an existing style or heritage detail?
